Kehau has had the distinct pleasure of working for the Ko‘olau Poko kīpuka based at the satellite office in Waimānalo and on the island of Lāna‘i.
A native Waimānalo wahine, she has one son and a beautiful granddaughter. Having many careers, Kehau shares that working for the Queen has been, by far, the most gratifying. As a non-traditional student, she graduated from UH Mānoa in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, concentrating in child and family services and community work. Kehau volunteers for the community at the Waimānalo Market Co-op and the Waimānalo Youth Collaborative, and enjoys paddling and walking in her spare time.
