The Maui 2020 Summer Jam will be on online due to the Corona Virus pandemic.
The goal of our Summer Intensive is to provide an exciting, interactive, online, mixed performing arts experience this summer! This FREE 2.5-week intensive offers students an opportunity to partake in haku mele, ʻukulele, mixed media portrait, and rap and spoken word while being rooted in Hawaiian culture.
Eligibility: Participants must haave a tablet, laptop, or computer with stable internet to do this course. NOTE: LT has loaner devices available for this program. (Contact olinoarts@onipaa.org to inquire.) Students must be 11-14 years old at the time of application. Preference will be given to current LT kamaliʻi, orphan and other destitute children in the Hawaiian Islands of Native Hawaiian ancestry. All are welcome to apply.
