Welina mai!

You or your child are invited to participate in an LT research project.

Some of the survey links here may take you to pages owned by our research partners, such as Kamehameha Schools, Papa Ola Lōkahi, the Queen's Health System, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Ward Research, or Solutions Pacific. If this happens, you can be assured that those links are not exposing you to scams or phishing.

PUA MOHALA SURVEY

Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT) is conducting the Pua Mohala survey, among kamaliʻi ages 12-16 who participate in LT programs. The purpose of the survey is to help LT increase the value of our programs and services by better understanding the experiences of kamaliʻi over time. We have contracted Ward Research (https://www.wardresearch.com/) to assist us with this project.

LT kamaliʻi active in 2023 and born between 2007-2011 are eligible to take the survey pending parental consent. Forms will be emailed to ʻohana and caregivers of eligible kamaliʻi mid-February 2024. The parental consent form and Pua Mohala Survey is available down below. A preview of the survey is also available for those interested in seeing what questions are asked in the survey.
