Bernadette Pada Prior to joining Liliʻuokalani Trust as a Direct Service Specialist, Bernadette Pada spent three years working with youth, ages 18 to 24, who were experiencing houselessness. What brought her to LT was the Queen’s mission to serve the children of Hawaiʻi. “A proud Hawaiian who looks forward to connecting with [her] Hawaiian culture,” Bernadette was born and raised on Oʻahu as the second oldest in her family of four. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Bernadette’s passion is giving back to her community and giving hope to those who have experienced trauma. Her dream is to one day open a space where youth can gather and have fun in a safe environment around healthy role models. Bernadette also raises two daughters. In their free time, Bernadette loves to attend her children’s soccer games, go to the beach, and read. The trio also loves bobba drinks, traveling, and shopping.
