How We Can Help We aim to address the social-emotional needs of children and strengthening families. Our Social Services Team offers case management, counseling, social-emotional groups, and family strengthening groups. We address loss or grief due to death or absence of a parent, trauma-related issues, emotional behavioral needs of a child, and family conflict. Our Youth Development Team offers a variety of programs that elevate youth voice, agency and cultural identity. We offer exploratory and specialized programs, during in-school and out-of-school times, that help Native Hawaiian children learn and grow in the arts, sports, technology, entrepreneurship, and Hawaiian culture. Services are also available for parent/caregiver of a child or young adult (18 – 26) transitioning out of Foster Care, Juvenile Justice System and houselessness.
