Heide Lilo Heide Lilo is Chief Impact Officer of Lilʻuokalani Trust. Known for her steady and people-centered leadership, Lilo’s experience in the field of social work spans 25 years. From her earliest role as a caseworker to her impact as director of Hawaiʻi’s child welfare quality improvement program, Lilo strengthened the programs, systems, and outcomes for Hawaiʻi’s most vulnerable children and families. In her most recent role as LT’s Executive Director of Kamalei Support and Healing, Lilo unified teams toward greater mission alignment and impact. Lilo holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawai’i and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Pacific University. Born and raised in Kāneʻohe, her favorite moments involve good food, time at the beach, and cheering on her ‘ohana at football and volleyball games.
