Jennifer K. Laʻa Jennifer K. La’a is President and Chief Executive Officer of Liliʻuokalani Trust. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit and government sectors, Laʻa is known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to community impact. Her extensive experience includes executive leadership roles at Easter Seals Hawaiʻi, the Hawaiʻi Department of Health, and serving as Director of Grants Management at Legal Aid Society of Hawaiʻi. In her recent tenure as Executive Director of Liliʻuokalani Center, Laʻa advanced key initiatives across strategy, programs, and operations. Laʻa has a Master’s degree in Political Science and Bachelor’s degrees in both English and Political Science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Born and raised in Honolulu, Laʻa loves reading, hiking, eating, musical theater, and traveling the globe with her loved ones.
