Ola Kino brings movement, culture, and play together in a safe and supportive space guided by caring adults.This cohort focuses on volleyball as a way to build coordination, teamwork, and confidence while learning healthy habits through fun, hands-on activities. Every session connects movement, nutrition, creativity, and emotional balance in a consistent environment rooted in Hawaiian values.You will learn how to move, pass, and play as a team, meet new people, and find your people while trying something new and staying active.Kamalei builds confidence, strengthens cultural identity, and grows a positive sense of self while learning that health connects mind, body, and spirit.
