Every rep matters here. This program is built for kamalei who are ready to train with focus, discipline, and heart in a safe and supportive environment with caring adults who take performance seriously.

Pua is high-intensity, performance-driven training designed for athletes committed to competition and growth. Kamalei builds strength, speed, endurance, technique, and mental toughness through consistent sessions that push limits and demand presence.

You will train hard, move with purpose, meet other driven athletes, and sharpen your mindset in a space where effort is respected and belonging is earned through showing up.

Enrollment requires completion of a Liliʻuokalani Center Strength and Conditioning class or prior weight room experience to ensure safe and effective training. This is a choice. A commitment to excellence.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
