Kūpaʻa Wāhine - Spring

Kīpuka Kona

Kūpaʻa Wāhine is your space to build confidence, strength, and practical skills for personal safety. This program combines basic martial arts techniques with situational awareness, avoidance strategies, and mindfulness practices like meditation.

You’ll learn how to recognize risks, stay grounded, and respond with strength, all in a safe, supportive environment. Each session helps you practice skills that enhance independence and resilience while fostering a proactive approach to safety.

Beyond physical techniques, Kūpaʻa Wāhine emphasizes pilina (connection). You’ll form supportive relationships with peers, creating networks of encouragement and accountability that last beyond the program.

These connections strengthen both personal growth and community resilience.

Come ready to move, learn, and lead with confidence. Your journey toward empowerment starts here.
