I'm interested Kīpuka Hilo Ulupono supports youth emotional well-being by creating a safe, culturally grounded space to learn about feelings and develop healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Through hands-on activities, connection to ʻāina, therapeutic art, and guided reflection, you’ll build self-awareness, empathy, and resilience.The program is offered in three age-based cohorts so each group can learn in ways that feel right for their stage of growth.Youth ages 14–17 focus on navigating high school stress, peer relationships, and future transitions. Sessions explore stress management, anxiety reduction, and practical coping tools that support emotional regulation and resilience.Across all cohorts, Ulupono centers care, connection, and cultural grounding. You’ll gain tools to understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and respond to emotions with confidence and compassion.You do not need to have the words yet.
