Kona - Ho'ohiki Phase III - Summer

Kīpuka Kona

Hoʻohiki is a culturally grounded program that supports Native Hawaiian ʻōpio as you navigate challenges and imagine what’s next. Instead of defining you by what you’ve been through, Hoʻohiki centers your strengths, voice, and ability to reshape your moʻolelo.

The program runs over 18 weeks and is offered in three phases. In the final phase (phase III), you and your cohort design and carry out a group project that gives back to the community. This is where you step into leadership, practice kuleana, and apply what you’ve learned about accountability, collaboration, and purpose.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain tools for emotional awareness, forgiveness, conflict resolution, and resilience. The closed‑group format allows for deeper connection, belonging, and shared growth. Sessions are offered both in person and virtually to support accessibility.

Hoʻohiki supports healing and hope while helping you envision a future grounded in culture and responsibility. By the end of the program, you’ll have stronger tools to set goals, navigate challenges, and carry your learning forward into your ʻohana and community.

This is a space to be seen, supported, and guided as you move forward with intention.

*All are welcome to apply with preference given to Native Hawaiian kamalei.
