Get moving while caring for your whole self. The Liliʻuokalani Center Sports and Wellness Program brings together physical training, cultural connection, and relationship-building to support your growth in a safe, encouraging space.

You’ll take part in strength and skills training in the weight room, yoga and mindfulness sessions, and volleyball and basketball instruction. Through drills, gameplay, and tournament-style play, you’ll build confidence, teamwork, and resilience while learning how to push yourself in healthy ways.

This program also focuses on connection. Through intentional hoʻopili activities, you’ll strengthen relationships with peers and mentors, learning how trust, communication, and support affect performance and well-being. These skills help you navigate challenges at school, at home, in sports, and with friends.

The program ends with a panel featuring sports and wellness professionals who share how relationships, mindset, and self-care shape daily life and long-term success. You’ll reflect on what you’ve learned and how to carry these lessons back into your community.

This is more than training your body. It’s about building balance, leadership, and pono decision-making so you can show up strong for yourself and others.
