Lydia House

Kāne Mental Health is your space to talk story about what it means to be kāne today. This program encourages open, honest conversations about the influences that shape your definition of manhood—from cultural heritage and role models to life experiences and social expectations.

You’ll explore questions like: What values guide you? How do culture and community shape your choices? What does strength look like beyond stereotypes?

Through guided discussions and activities, you’ll build self-awareness, confidence, and pilina (relationships) with peers who share similar questions. This is a safe, supportive environment where you can reflect, learn, and grow without judgment.
