Lydia House - Naʻau Series - Year-Round

Lydia House

Discover who you are, where you come from, and what grounds you. The Naʻau Series is a weekly gathering for Lydia House youth (ages 16–26) on Oʻahu, focused on building a strong sense of cultural identity and connection to the Native Hawaiian community.

You’ll explore spiritual beliefs, cultural practices, and values that help you feel rooted and supported. Through talk story, hands-on learning, and guided reflection, you’ll find meaning and fulfillment in your journey both mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Workshops throughout the series to go deeper into topics that matter to you with each session being a chance to grow in a safe, affirming space.

This is about belonging, feeling seen, heard, and valued. You’ll build relationships, strengthen your sense of self, and carry forward the mana of your ancestors.

You don’t need to know everything about your culture to start. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to learn.
