LT Waimānalo - ʻAha ʻŌpio Wāhine - Year-Round

LT Waimānalo

Find strength in your story and connection in your journey. ʻAha ʻŌpio Wāhine (AOW) is a space for ʻōpio wāhine (young women) to grow together, supported by ancestral wisdom, cultural practices, and each other. You’ll learn through guided activities, talk story, and hands-on experiences that nurture your whole self: body, mind, spirit, and heart.

You’ll explore what it means to be a wāhine today, build confidence, and discover your kuleana (responsibility) in your ʻohana and community. Through meaningful dialogue and cultural learning, you’ll shape your identity and deepen your sense of purpose.

You’ll leave with a deeper sense of kūlana (role), kuleana (responsibility), and belonging.
