Annette "Emi" Saito Emi was born and raised in Kealakekua, not far from “the little grass shack.” An avid animal enthusiast, Emi loves all creatures and has a special affinity for dogs. After graduating from Kapiʻolani Community College with an A.S. Degree in Food Service Management, Emi embarked on a career involving eating. One half of twins, Emi professes to have only half a brain … and as the saying goes, “Little things amuse little minds.” Emi is easily amused.
