Joseph Alapai Joseph Alapai was born at a time when a TV was not in every home. He comes from a large family of 12 and is a graduate of Konawaena High School. He served in the U.S. military for four years before entering the workforce.Joseph's favorite hobbies are diving, hunting, adventure driving, and most of all, spending time with his grandson.
