Kathleen Kikuchi-Samonte Kathleen was born on Oʻahu and raised in Kōloa, Kauaʻi. She attended U.H. Mānoa where she received her Bachelors and Masters in Pacific and Asian Art History, with an emphasis on Hawaiian Art. It was while working as an archeologist on Kahoʻolawe that she met and married her loving husband, Jeremy. They have two beautiful daughters, Kyrie and Zoe. Although she was accepted into the UH School of Social Work in 2011, she was already hired for her dream job at LT Kipuka Kauaʻi, thankfully saving her three more years of school. When not at work, you can find Kathleen with her nose in a book, spending time with her husband and daughters, or sleeping. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9.
