Pōmai Kauahi-Daniels Pōmai is 18 years old and a recent graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapalama. She has danced hula since she was four and has carried her passion to hālau and school while traveling internationally to share her love with others worldwide. Pōmai also helps with the kidsʻ classes at her hālau and loves seeing the smiles on their faces as they grow in hula.Led by a desire to inspire others to follow their dreams, Pōmai is thrilled to be a part of the YAC and the future opening of the Liliʻuokalani Center. She is excited for the opportunities kamiliʻi will have to develop music, theatre, crafts, dance, knowledge, and confidence with the opening of LC. Pōmai hopes this program allows many children to believe in their abilities.
