She brings deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle and leads the Trust’s HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Compensation, Learning & Organizational Development. Known as a trusted advisor and coach, she supports leaders in building engaged, accountable, and inclusive teams.Rosalyn recently served as Managing Director of People Operations at LT. During her tenure, she led major initiatives including the redesign of teammate benefit programs, including the launch of sabbatical leave. She has also played a key role in navigating organizational change, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding values‑based people practices across the organization.Earlier in her career, Rosalyn held senior HR leadership roles at ProService Hawaii and Hawai’I Human Resources, Inc., where she advised organizations on talent strategy, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resources Professional Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP), and Everything DiSC Workplace Certification.
