Rosalyn Bantolina

Rosalyn Bantolina is Chief People Officer at Liliʻuokalani Trust.

She is a seasoned human resources professional who has focused on people and culture, with more than 20 years of experience leading people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across nonprofit, healthcare, professional services, and startup environments.

As Chief People Officer, Rosalyn partners closely with executive leadership to align people strategy with mission and business outcomes. She brings deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle and leads the Trust’s HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Compensation, Learning & Organizational Development. Known as a trusted advisor and coach, she supports leaders in building engaged, accountable, and inclusive teams.

Rosalyn recently served as Managing Director of People Operations at LT. During her tenure, she led major initiatives including the redesign of teammate benefit programs, including the launch of sabbatical leave. She has also played a key role in navigating organizational change, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding values‑based people practices across the organization.

Earlier in her career, Rosalyn held senior HR leadership roles at ProService Hawaii and Hawai’I Human Resources, Inc., where she advised organizations on talent strategy, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resources Professional Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP), Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP), and Everything DiSC Workplace Certification. She is deeply committed to building workplaces where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do meaningful work.

In her spare time, she enjoys training at the gym, date nights with her husband and traveling with her family.
